Professional Interests
Since joining Family Medical Center, Dr. Bragg has been active in his practice and the community. He has served as chairman for the Peer Review Committee for HealthTexas (the over 400 member physician organization throughout the Metroplex), and currently serves as Chairman of the Ambulatory Electronic Health Record Commitee and Web/Device Committee. He is heavily involved in helping lead the selection and implementation process for electronic medical records throughout HealthTexas. He is the past chairman of the Department of Family medicine at Garland Community Hospital, and has been elected and served on the Executive Committee of Family Medical Center since 1995. He currently serves as a Vice President of Family Medical Center. Dr. Bragg serves his community by participating in Project Access and Friendship House Health Ministries. He is located at our North Garland office, which utilizes an electronic medical record.
Personal Interests
Dr. Bragg and his family have lived in Garland since beginning his practice in 1987. He is happily married with three daughters. He is active at Arapaho Baptist Church with the youth and music ministry. He enjoys anything outdoors (especially hunting and golfing) and spending time with his family.
